The RosetteSep Human Monocyte Depletion Cocktail is designed to deplete monocytes from whole blood. Unwanted cells are targeted for removal with Tetrameric Antibody Complexes recognizing CD36 and glycophorin A on red blood cells (RBCs). When centrifuged over a buoyant density medium such as Lymphoprep (Catalog 07801) the unwanted cells pellet along with the RBCs. The monocyte depleted fraction is present as a highly enriched population at the interface between the plasma and the buoyant density medium.

Isolate CD4+ T cells directly from human whole blood by immunomagnetic negative selection. Desired cells undergo minimal manipulation and are untouched and highly purified.This product labels RBCs, platelets and unwanted cells with antibody complexes and magnetic particles. The magnetically labeled RBCs, platelets and non-target cells are separated from the untouched CD4+ T cells in an EasySep™ magnet and poured or pipetted into a new tube.Isolated cells are available for use in downstream uses such as flow cytometry, functional assays or culture.

Desired cells are targeted with antibody complexes recognizing CD90.2 and dextran-coated magnetic particles. Labeled cells are separated using an EasySep™ magnet without the use of columns. Cells of interest remain in the tube while unwanted cells are poured off.This product replaces the EasySep™ Mouse CD90.2 Positive Selection Kit (Catalog #18751) for even faster cell isolations and does not result in the labeling of isolated cells with PE.

The EasySep™ Mouse Pan-B Cell Isolation Kit is designed to isolate all B cells, including conventional B-2 B cells, B-1 B cells and plasma cells from single-cell suspensions of splenocytes or other tissues by negative selection. Unwanted cells are targeted for removal with biotinylated antibodies directed against non pan-B cells (CD4, CD8, CD11c, CD49b, CD90.2, Ly-6C/G (Gr-1), TER119) and streptavidin-coated magnetic particles (RapidSpheres™ ). Labeled cells are separated using an EasySep™ magnet without the use of columns. Desired cells are poured off into a new tube. This kit is compatible for use with cells from disease models where the malignant cells (B-CLL) express CD43 or CD11b.
